Position Summary | In an introductory role, assists team in completion of work responsibilities. This role is primarily focused on learning new skills in a professional work environment. Assists with the coordination of projects and activities, and provides support services to the assigned department(s). | | | |
Education | High school diploma or equivalent or Enrolled in Highschool Health care experience program required. | Preference will be given to candidates seeking post-secondary education. |

Responsibilities | Maintains open communication and collaboration with all team members. | Participates in projects as assigned. | Completes all mandatory in-service assignments. | Follows organizational rules and policies while maintaining confidentiality of all data. | Attends meetings as required. | Established good rapport with all colleagues and members of other departments. | Builds skills through interaction with other colleagues and asks questions. | Performs data collection procedures requiring knowledge of business concepts, processes and terminology. |
Possess the information, skill, and understanding of the work to be performed. Actively participates in continuing education opportunities and maintains certifications, licensure as appropriate. | Abides by all safety requirements including demonstrating proper hand hygiene and wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), if applicable. | Complies with all standards, policies and procedures including dress code, attendance and punctuality. Attends required in-services and meetings and completes all mandatory competencies by deadline. Commits to keeping all patient, student or colleague information confidential and maintains ongoing communication and collaboration with team members. |
