Position Summary | The Pharmacy Regulatory Analyst assists pharmacy leadership with regulatory oversight for the 340B program for Hospital Sisters Health System while maximizing savings. This position also plays a pivotal role in reviewing and analyzing utilization and cost data from pharmaceutical vendor portals, managing regulatory documentation, summarizing product information for regulatory submissions, and assisting and supporting process improvements. | | | |
Education | Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Business, Finance, or related field is required. | High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years' work experience in system analysis, revenue cycle or other relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. |
Experience | 2 years of system analysis, system quality, compliance or related experience is preferred. | Pharmacy background and/or broad pharmacy financial operations experience is preferred. |

Responsibilities | Conducts audit processes to assure compliance with 340B and pharmacy regulations. | Ensures information captured is complete and accurate and meets the expectations of applicable regulatory bodies. | Extracts, analyzes, and summarizes product information for submission to regulatory agencies to fulfill other internal or external requests. | Implements ongoing benchmarking and key performance indicator process. | Provides data, information and any reports as needed to other business units/departments. |
Possess the information, skill, and understanding of the work to be performed. Actively participates in continuing education opportunities and maintains certifications, licensure as appropriate. | Abides by all safety requirements including demonstrating proper hand hygiene and wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), if applicable. | Complies with all standards, policies and procedures including dress code, attendance and punctuality. Attends required in-services and meetings and completes all mandatory competencies by deadline. Commits to keeping all patient, student or colleague information confidential and maintains ongoing communication and collaboration with team members. |
