Position Summary

Responsible for creating and delivering development and talent management programs and solutions across the organization through coaching, consulting, and training. Works with colleagues to support organization wide initiatives, carry out the Talent Development & Learning strategy, and assess opportunities for continued growth and development of leaders, colleagues, and teams.


Education

Bachelor’s degree in training & development, human resources, education or related field is required.

Master’s degree in organizational development, education, HR or related field is preferred.


Experience

Two (2) years of experience in training content development and delivery, program management, and leading learning programs and initiatives is preferred.


Certificates, Licenses and Registrations

Organizational Development Certification through HRCI, Training Certification through ATD or other related Human Resources Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently manages a variety of learning projects and programs, including design, development, review with Subject Matter Experts (SME), implementation and evaluation.Facilitate instructor-led sessions and/or delivers content to various groups and levels of audiences, either in-person or virtual.

Responsible for successful development, design, and implementation of various training programs such as new colleague orientation, leadership development, and annual regulatory assignments.Monitors and measures effectiveness of programs delivered and modifies as needed.

Conducts training and development needs analysis and assessments.Designs courses, develops curriculum and relevant training material for training programs based on learner needs and business objectives.

Works with human resources partners and the business to map out long-term learning plans and select the most appropriate strategy, methods, and technologies to meet business needs.

Responsible for scheduling, tracking, and reporting of learning programs.


Possess the information, skill, and understanding of the work to be performed.  Actively participates in continuing education opportunities and maintains certifications, licensure as appropriate.

Abides by all safety requirements including demonstrating proper hand hygiene and wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), if applicable. 

Complies with all standards, policies and procedures including dress code, attendance and punctuality.  Attends required in-services and meetings and completes all mandatory competencies by deadline. Commits to keeping all patient, student or colleague information confidential and maintains ongoing communication and collaboration with team members.
