Position Summary | The Digital Production Specialist provides design, development, and production support to the Digital Experience team across a multitude of content management platforms. In addition, the Digital Production Specialist supports HSHS marketing initiatives by using various digital tools and software to create a well-rounded, interactive, and engaging digital experience for all users. | | | |
Education | High School diploma or equivalent is required. | Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience), or related field is preferred. |
Experience | 2 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, UI/UX, or related field is required. | Health care experience is strongly preferred. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Strong working knowledge of tools and best practices in digital production, content management, web design and development, SEO and accessibility, email marketing, reputation management, analytics and UI/UX. | Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members. | Proficient in the use of approved administrative software including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams. |
Responsibilities | Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all HSHS digital platforms, including website, intranet, email marketing systems, and online reputation management tools. | Creates, edits, and maintains compelling digital content while collaborating with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment. | Supports strategic marketing initiatives through technical implementation, content optimization, and campaign execution across digital platforms. | Develops and maintains design, technical, and content standards across digital properties, ensuring consistency with brand and editorial guidelines. | Monitors and analyzes digital platform performance, making data-driven recommendations and implementing improvements to enhance user experience, content effectiveness, and technical performance. | Collaborates with third-party vendors and internal IT colleagues on platform enhancements, technical issue resolution, and new digital solutions. | Leads training and support for content authors and digital platform users across the organization, promoting best practices in digital content creation and management. | Stays current with digital trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions that advance HSHS's digital presence and capabilities. |
Possess the information, skill, and understanding of the work to be performed. Actively participates in continuing education opportunities and maintains certifications, licensure as appropriate. | Abides by all safety requirements including demonstrating proper hand hygiene and wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), if applicable. | Complies with all standards, policies and procedures including dress code, attendance and punctuality.
