Position Summary | The Program Manager-Recruitment Marketing is responsible for the entire recruitment marketing for Hospital Sisters Healthcare System (HSHS) leveraging a range of marketing strategies including digital, print, and social media campaigns to effectively engage active and passive candidates through collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and operational leadership. Additionally, this role administers our internal referral program and vendor platform and is responsible for job fair coordination and advertising support. | | | |
Education | Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related degree is required. |
Experience | 5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing and/or employment branding experience is required, preferably within healthcare. | 1 year of direct vendor management and/or marketing project management is required. | 1 year of social media management is preferred. | 1 year of marketing campaign management is preferred. |

Responsibilities | Incorporates corporate branding into employer value proposition to ensure recruiting strategies address the right audience through close collaboration with internal marketing team. | Manages employee referral program including policy management, payment review, budget management, campaign/contest creation and deployment, and internal marketing efforts. | Creates content for the HSHS Career site, media requests, and print requests through collaboration with internal marketing team to ensure brand standards are upheld. | Develops social media posts and recruitment ads for the System. | Oversees the vendor management of programmatic and campaign creation while adhering to budget requirements. | Coordinates virtual job fairs, marketing, and vendor management for the System. |
Possess the information, skill, and understanding of the work to be performed. Actively participates in continuing education opportunities and maintains certifications, licensure as appropriate. | Abides by all safety requirements including demonstrating proper hand hygiene and wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), if applicable. | Complies with all standards, policies and procedures including dress code, attendance and punctuality. Attends required in-services and meetings and completes all mandatory competencies by deadline.
